4. The bedroom is seperate from the living room, so if someone wants to watch TV and the other wants to go to bed, its not all in one room keeping the 2nd person awake with the noise and flashing screen.

5. It's more like "home" in my opinion. You seem to have more room and its like coming back home to an apartment when you are done for the day instead of to a hotel. If a person wants to read a book in private or sit out on the balcony and take in the view, they have options.

6. 'Competition' for the bathroom, hair dryer, TV's, and space is eliminated making our family time together on vacation less of a hassle. This lets each person in the family enjoy their vacation that much more than they possibly could in a hotel room.
